1. Discovery

2. Initial Design

During our walk-through or first meeting we will discuss what you would like to achieve from your systems and we will educate you on the systems and technologies we provide to help achieve your goal. Please let us know what your budget is so we can quote you accordingly.

3. Quotation

We will prepare a quote including all of your options. We will decide on your system and have you approve the quotation.

4. Design

At this stage we will need a commitment from you. We will start to design your systems with our design software and have scaled wiring, installation, and 3D design plans.

5. Rough-in

We will walk through your home with you and your builder and verify locations of equipment and systems. We will commence with wiring and rough-in. We will request payment for the rough-in phase.

6. Rough-in Follow-up

We will walk through at insulation stage and drywall stage to check on wiring and equipment placement.

7. Post Drywall

We will place orders and have you purchase all equipment so it is all here and ready for installation upon completion of finish work.

8. Completion

Our installation team will commence with final installation, set-up and programming.

9. Education

Our technicians will now teach you how to use all of the features of your system and sub-systems. At this point we will request payment for the labour and installation parts used in the completion stage.

10. Follow-up

An installer will come to your home approximately one month after completion and re-calibrate your audio and video systems.

11. Support

In-Tune Sound & Security provides most any support with your system at no charge.
